Leasing Agreement Acceptance

*Please read the leasing terms carefully. By accepting, you agree to comply with the usage guidelines.

Leasing Terms*

  • Space is alloted based on availability and alignment.
  • All sessions must adhere to booked time slots.
  • Practitioners are responsible for tidiness and respecful use.
  • Full-day bookings need 48 hours advance notice.
  • No sub-leasing or third-party renting is permitted.
  • Any damage to property will be chargeable.
  • KarmAlya reserves the right to adjust or reschedule bookings.
  • All practices must align with our core values of care and healing.
  • For long-term usage, a formal leasing contract may be initiated.
  • Furniture/Equipment must not be moved without permission.
  • No loud music, smoking, or unauthorized activity.
  • The Seeker acknowledges that they use the premises entirely at their own risk.
  • KarmAlya shall not be resposible for any injury, health outcome, loss of business, or legal claims arising from the Seeker's sessions or client interactions.
  • Both parties agree to maintain confidentiality regarding any personal or sensitive client or business information shared or discussed during the session or booking.
